Welcome to the Research on AI in School Education (RAISE) Lab
The Research on Artificial Intelligence in School Education (RAISE) Lab is a collection of academics, school teachers and educational leaders who are committed to advancing the safe and innovative use of AI in schools through high quality research.
Artificial Intelligence can be used in a number of ways to improve education, through personalised tutoring, differentiated learning design, and intelligent analysis of educational data. However, there are a number of important challenges that need to be addressed, including privacy, security, safety, equity and wellbeing. RAISE provides the opportunity for schools and university to collaboratively undertake the research needed to optimise the use of AI in education.
